We are looking for a sales development representative for our business in India/SE Asia. This is a great opportunity to build your career at the intersection of SaaS & Fintech.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify potential customers for Inai after understanding our value proposition in detail
2. Utilise the network through LinkedIn, cold calling and emails to generate new sales opportunities
3. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and account executives (AEs)
4. Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly and quarterly results
5. Act extremely diligent in terms of outreach and lead qualification before handing over to AEs
1-3 years experience in B2B sales with a track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding quotas
Strong communication skills via phone and email
A drive to work (we are growing fast and would prefer someone who wants to take their career to the next level with us)
Ability to leverage network or other channels to identify and qualify new leads
Ability to understand and communicate the value proposition of a technical product
Attention to detail, ability to put a systematic process in place to qualify, follow up and close meetings
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
