About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Connect with and convert leads shared in real-time
2. Build relationships with current and new customers
3. Ensure customer satisfaction
4. Work on coordinating between the customer and the team of designers for the finalization of designs
5. Work on coordinating with the production & operations team
6. Work on the real-time tracking of order life-cycle
7. Work on developing communications with the target audience in both the B2C and B2B domains

Requirements:

1. Have integrity & honesty
2. Have dignity of labor & service before self
3. Good communication skills (English and Hindi) - any regional Indian language would be a bonus
4. Creativity and writing skills
5. Should be comfortable with MS Office, Google Sheets & Google Docs (strong Excel skills will be appreciated)
6. Able to draft convincing emails and online communications
7. Good teamwork skills
8. Adaptability & fast learner
9. Attention to detail
