About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reactivate expired clients by renewing their subscriptions through our product offerings in line with their investment goals
2. Probe, Identify, and Create opportunities by interacting with existing customers with the emphasis on our product offerings and highlighting the importance of wealth creation in the long term
3. Proactively follow up, build client relationships and Reactivate expired leads who have lost association with R&R
4. Reach the maximum number of clients each day and rebuild healthy business relationships with them to rebuild confidence and ensure continuity
5. Making a minimum of 100 to 120 calls per day and delivering Talk-Talk time as per business productivity benchmark and standards
6. Consistently maintain the Conversion Rate % at the expected standards by Reactivating the expired subscribers
7. Deliver Daily productivity and Conversion goals as per the business requirements (KPI)

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. At least 2-3 years working in Hardcore Sales profile, Collections Background, Finance Sales, Product cross-sell/up-sell experience from Telemarketing/Tele-calling in BPO will be considered

2. Sales Experience in the Equity/ BFSI / Finance sector will be an added advantage

3. At least 2-3 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role.

4. Excellent Communication Skills with Telephonic Etiquette (Written & Verbal)

5. Fluency in English & Hindi is a must

6. Passionate personality, Aggressive in nature, Result Oriented, & Punctual in all aspects

7. Takes complete ownership of retaining every existing client and is innovative to excel the odds

8. Be proactive in taking up additional responsibilities

9. Is flexible and ready to extend shift hours in need of business requirements and deliverables
