At RTV, we are trying to build West Bengals No.1 Vending Machine business in the next 5 years. This is an ambitious goal considering we are just 5 years old and the existing players have been in this business for 2 decades! We are thus looking for independent, hardworking, and trustworthy individuals who will join us in this journey to make it happen.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Selling our products to B2B & B2C customers via field sales & telesales
2. Developing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction & loyalty
3. Conducting market research to understand customer preferences & trends
3. Creating, updating & maintaining all interactions on a CRM
4. Procuring & maintaining inventory as per sales trends
5. Getting monthly orders from existing clients
6. Getting invoices paid within the credit period
7. Creating DSR and other MIS reports
8. Coordinating with Operations, Delivery & Service teams to get the work done.
9. Any other work that may be found suitable for this role
