Key responsibilities:

1. Target companies with the segment that prioritizes winning the war for talent and attract the best people to their organization
2. Map potential clients and schedule meetings with them
3. Build sales funnels through prospecting efforts including but not limited to client referrals, regional networking, webinars, and called calling
4. Handle follow-ups and actions on new lead referrals resulting from marketing and prospecting activity

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 5%

3. Other incentives: 15%
