1. Do consultative outbound calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective students & their parents.
2. Fix appointments and conduct demo sessions on a daily basis with prospective students & their parents.
3. Understand customer profiles & learning problems to explain the implications of ineffective learning methods and create a need for Vedantu course offerings through a structured counseling session with the student and the parents
4. Handle objections and price negotiation to generate sales revenue
5. Learn/Upgrade one s own product knowledge, sales skills, and market understanding to achieve and exceed growing sales target(s)

1. In addition to salary, there would be monthly incentives based on your performance. In order to ensure that your device is in working condition, an allowance of Rs.800/- will be provided over and above the CTC.
