Restaurant Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate daily operations of both, Front of the House and Back of the House in the restaurant ensuring seamless workflow.
2. Deliver superior service, promptly addressing customer complaints to maximize satisfaction.
3. Regularly review product quality, research new vendors and estimate future needs for supplies to maintain standards.
4. Supervise shifts, streamline operations and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
5. Manage the restaurant's reputation, control operational costs and minimize waste to optimize efficiency.
6. Generate comprehensive reports on revenues, expenses and performance.
7. Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operation.
8. Conduct training sessions for staff to uphold proper customer service practices and enhance productivity.
9. Engage with the local community through word-of-mouth and events, promoting the brand effectively.
10. Recommend strategies for reaching a broader audience such as implementing discounts and social media ads.
