About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop an understanding and awareness of Wildlife SOS work
2. Make presentations and calls and explain the organization s work to members of the public in a clear and interesting way
3. Meet set income targets by signing paid supporters and individual donors for Wildlife SOS
4. Develop and manage long-term relationships with donors and upgrade them up the donor pyramid
5. Aid the fundraising and volunteering team
6. Influence donors to donate or sponsor animals or provide volunteer services by following a prepared script to give the organization s reference information
7. Ensure that fundraising and resource mobilization information is up to date
8. Manage information and record the profile and fundraising activity of donors on a database
9. Motivate and facilitate supporters to maximize the funds they raise
10. Inspire new supporters to raise money, while maintaining and developing relationships with existing supporters
11. Develop and generate volunteer and donor queries to support the BBRC project
12. Carry out any other activities or assignments as requested by the management
13. Go for appointments
14. Assist during stalls

Requirements:

1. Candidates should have good communication skills

4. Good convincing skills

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,40,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
