Key responsibilities:

1. Convert PDF pages to XML
2. Provide tagging
3. Ensure accuracy & proper formatting
4. Mark identified content with suitable tags
5. Create keyboard macros
6. Search and replace regular expression

Requirements:

1. Should have an understanding of content
2. Major publication items such as journals, books, conferences, magazines, and newspapers
3. Understanding of DTD and Schema
4. Major blocks of content like front, body, and back matter
5. EPSILON Ver. 13 is preferable
6. Understanding of basic commands
