1. Contact customers via phone after they place an order
2. Verify customer details, including address and order information
3. Confirm the validity of the orders to prevent any fraudulent orders and transactions
4. Upload each call recording to the system for record-keeping
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and confirmations
6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns customers may have during the verification process
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
2. Fluency in both English and Hindi is required
3. Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and patience
4. Basic computer skills for data entry, maintaining call logs, and uploading call recordings
5. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
