Position: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Remote (Reports to Los Angeles, CA)
Shift: 12 AM to 9 AM
Budget: Up to 10 LPA
Experience: 3-5 years (Experience with Blogic Systems POS platform is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hardware support (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Servers) and software troubleshooting.
Deliver technical support via phone and email with one-call resolution.
Document and track all customer interactions in our CRM system.
Troubleshoot networking issues (TCP/IP, DHCP, routers, switches).
Collaborate to identify and report product improvement needs.
