1. Experience:
a. Minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience, preferably 3+ years.
b. Proven experience in system engineering, implementation, or a related field.
2. Technical skills:
a. Strong understanding of forecasting or optimization systems.
b. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
c. Familiarity with cloud-based tools and platforms.
d. Knowledge of database systems and APIs.
3. Soft skills:
a. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
b. Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
4. Preferred qualifications:
a. Experience with energy forecasting or optimization applications.
b. Knowledge of data pipelines and production workflows.
c. Familiarity with machine learning models and their integration into systems.
5. Compensation and benefits:
a. Monthly salary: 150,000 - 200,000 yen, based on experience and qualifications.
