As a 'Student Mentor' at LawSikho, you will have the exciting opportunity to guide and support our students in improving their Effective Communication skills. Your role is crucial in helping them succeed in their legal careers and excel in their studies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one mentoring sessions to students, focusing on enhancing their communication abilities for 5-6 hours on a daily basis.
2. Conduct workshops and training sessions on various aspects of effective communication such as writing, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
3. Offer feedback and constructive criticism to students on their assignments, presentations, and communication projects.
4. Assist students in developing their communication strategies and techniques to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
5. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to effectively integrate communication skills into the course content.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in communication to provide students with valuable insights and knowledge.
7. Monitor and track students' progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement tailored solutions to help them succeed.
8. Knowledge of working with Upwork, Fiverr, chatGPT, Google Excel sheet, and other AI platforms

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 1-4 years prior experience in directly mentoring students, teaching experience, or customer handling.
2. Experience in having legal knowledge, or working with law firms in HR or recruitment is a strong advantage.
3. Familiarity with freelancing concepts and platforms is mandatory.
4. Confident in mentoring students on Zoom/Gmeet.
5. Should have good internet speed and a working laptop.
6. Good with MS Excel and Google document.
