Student Counsellor Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to leads and set up counseling with students via phone calls or online meetings
2. Request documents from students or our agent network for assessment
3. Forward the documents to the admission team to check students eligibility and provide them with relevant program/course options in Canadian colleges or universities as per their requirements
4. Maintain communication with the admission executive to submit LOA applications to colleges or universities
5. Update with students using email and phone
6. Follow up with students to make sure they are paying tuition fees and accepting an offer from colleges or universities
7. Make an entry to our company's software to organize the record of every student
8. Move the file to the immigration case manager for study permit extension once the student has paid the full tuition fees
9. Participate in webinars hosted by our partner colleges or universities
10. Handle other responsibilities, as required
