Key responsibilities:

2. Enhance videos using transitions, music, sound effects, and UI/UX graphics to create engaging, polished content.
3. Stay current with video editing trends to incorporate innovative techniques and improve production quality.
4. Mentor junior editors, providing guidance and ensuring consistent, efficient workflows.
5. Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and coordination across teams.
