Sales Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
2. Handle customer queries
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
5. Enter and update customer information in the database
6. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements:

1. Banking sales experience
2. Good communication skills with an instinct to understand customer needs
3. Fluency in Telugu and English
4. Knowledge about computer basics
5. Passion for work, learning, and growth
6. Good communication in Hindi & English
