We are seeking a meticulous and experienced quality assurance specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the robustness and reliability of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to thoroughly test a wide array of automation, integrations, and other platform features.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed testing of 200+ automation and integrations to ensure they function seamlessly
2. Verify that scraping functions and data extraction processes are executed accurately
3. Ensure that data cleaning, scheduling, and other related features perform according to specifications
4. Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in platform operations
5. Work closely with development and product teams to communicate QA results and recommend improvements
6. Assist in the development of test plans and QA processes to ensure comprehensive coverage of all features
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
1. Proven experience in a QA role, preferably testing automation and integration platforms
2. Strong understanding of software testing techniques and QA methodologies
3. Experience with tools for testing API integrations and automation is highly desirable
4. Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset dedicated to thorough problem-solving
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
6. Familiarity with sales tools, scraping technologies, and AI applications is a plus
