We are looking for a motivated junior trademark and IPR associate to join our team. This role involves assisting with trademark applications, research, and client communication, ensuring that our clients receive accurate, timely, and high-quality service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for IPR, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in conducting trademark searches and preparing applications.
2. Research and provide insights on trademark laws, objections, and infringement cases.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, providing guidance and answering queries.
4. Draft and review cease and desist notices and other legal documents.
5. Stay updated on IPR developments and trends.
6. Maintain client records and document filings accurately.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Educational background: Degree in Law (preferred), with a focus on intellectual property rights.
2. Experience: 1+ years in a similar role or a strong understanding of IPR concepts and trademark processes.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent research and analytical abilities.
5. Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
6. Familiarity with international trademark registration is a plus.
