Business Development Executive Job (Part time/Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking
2. Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively
3. Deliver product demos to prospects, addressing their needs and pain points
4. Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
5. Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and identify growth opportunities
6. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales reports

Requirements:

1. Leverage 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech-related industries
2. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
3. Excel in prospecting and lead generation
4. Build strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
5. Apply consultative/solution-based selling by understanding customer pain points
6. Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive effectively
7. Understand SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, retention, and churn
8. Stay self-motivated and result-oriented
9. Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a startup environment
