About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Create clear, concise, and engaging scripts for Maths in English and Hindi. Ensure that the scripts are simple and easy to comprehend
2. Record high-quality voice-overs and engaging videos in English and Hindi, ensuring accurate pronunciation, diction, and clarity
3. Collaborate with the content-creation team to align voice-overs and videos with the given approaches and strategies.
4. Lead a team of 5-10 part-time interns, ensuring they deliver top quality output within the set deadlines
5. Research and identify efficient methods and tools for delivering high-quality voice-overs and videos. Implement best practices to optimize the content creation process for yourself and your team.

1. This role will provide valuable experience for those interested in pursuing a career in content creation, or media production
2. It is a chance to learn about content creation, video editing, and scriptwriting, which can serve as valuable skills for future endeavors such as podcasting and video creation
Skills & requirements:
1. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the content for 6th-10th grade Maths
2. Proficiency in English and Hindi with clear pronunciation and understandable accent
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to modulate voice and fluctuate tone to maintain energy and engagement throughout the audio/video
4. Ability to predict where students may face difficulty and explain accordingly
5. Ability to quickly learn multiple tools and research efficient methods to keep up with the fast-paced change in content
6. Ability to take ownership and get the work completed
7. Strong attention to detail and self-driven to improve the quality
