About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on conducting 1-to-1 live tutoring sessions with students and explaining concepts of chemistry subject
2. Teach international students, preferably from the USA
3. Handle online 1-1 live tutoring A/V sessions for chemistry
4. Contribute to students' learning, advancement, and growth
5. Facilitate problem-solving with a curious mind and critical thinking skills
6. Maintain a growth mindset towards student learning and teaching practice
7. Stay up-to-date with progress in their respective subject(s) and use your experience and expertise to motivate the student
8. Assist students in learning and understanding new concepts and completing assignments
9. Work directly with the students to assist them in gaining a better understanding of concepts taught in the classroom

Chemistry graduates with good English communication skills

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
