Human Resources (HR) Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
2. Hire, train, and retain recruiters, ensuring they meet performance goals and deliver high-quality candidates
3. Lead and motivate the recruitment team, setting clear goals and expectations, and monitoring their performance
4. Conduct regular training sessions for the recruitment team to enhance their skills and keep them updated with industry trends
5. Generate, analyze, and present recruitment reports using Excel, providing insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process
6. Identify challenges in the recruitment process and develop effective solutions to address them promptly
7. Work closely on senior-level recruitment projects, understanding the unique requirements and expectations of these profiles
