Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on assisting with day-to-day HR operations
2. Work on screening candidates' resumes and job applications
3. Work on compiling and updating employee records
4. Work on handling process documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations)
5. Work on using social and digital media
6. Work on organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions

Skills and other requirements:

1. MBA with IT/CS background preferred
2. Knowledge using social media like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram preferred
3. Computer programming and database knowledge preferred
