1. Manage and maintain benefits with assistance from providers for the company
2. Prepare materials for new employee orientation sessions, staff development, and other employee communications, as assigned
3. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and metrics for the department as needed
4. Prepare, input, edit and proofread correspondence, reports, and related documents
5. Manage all consistently update employee files and documents through ADP Workforce Now
6. Perform research and assist with special projects and perform related duties as assigned
7. Collaborate with the human resource team to build programs and policies to support the ongoing growth of the organization
8. Serve as the super user for the administration of HRIS and the learning platform
9. Perform other duties as assigned
