Fun Consultant (Operations) - Hamleys Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Contribute to achieving store KPIs
2. Utilize the knowledge of trends and guide each customer on what suits better in line with the customer's needs, individuality, and product range
3. Believe and live the attitude of sheer customer delight go beyond
4. Welcome and approach each customer warmly (the customer's inclination to shop starts right from the first step & eye contact)
5. Adhere to all company procedures and policies efficiently
6. Work with the team to achieve award-winning customer service

Requirements:

1. Candidates with 0 to 4 years (preferably in premium retailing)
2. Ability to understand and handle aspects of retail operations and merchandising - from the delivery of stock to the final sale of the product
3. Should be able to share multiple instances of 'customer delight' and strong 'one-to-one relationship building'
4. Experience working with children will be an added advantage
5. Superior understanding of Indian retailing and global trends
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills - understand customer needs
7. Good at relationship building - conversion to sales
8. Ability to follow brand and store guidelines
9. Good experience in operations - receiving stock, inventory keeping, cash handling, etc.
