Requirements:
1. Candidates with 0 to 4 years (preferably in premium retailing)
2. Ability to understand and handle aspects of retail operations and merchandising - from the delivery of stock to the final sale of the product
3. Should be able to share multiple instances of 'customer delight' and strong 'one-to-one relationship building'
4. Experience working with children will be an added advantage
5. Superior understanding of Indian retailing and global trends
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills - understand customer needs
7. Good at relationship building - conversion to sales
8. Ability to follow brand and store guidelines
9. Good experience in operations - receiving stock, inventory keeping, cash handling, etc.
