Key responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated 'Executive Support Specialist' to join our team at Codematics Solution LLP. This role is essential for providing high-level administrative support to our executives, ensuring efficient operations, and enhancing productivity. The Executive Support Specialist will help streamline communication, manage schedules, and coordinate projects, ultimately allowing our leadership to focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Scheduling: Manage and coordinate complex calendars for executives, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
2. Communication Management: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
3. Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items during executive meetings to facilitate follow-up and accountability.
4. Project Coordination: Assist in managing special projects, including tracking deadlines, resources, and progress updates to ensure successful outcomes.
5. Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports to support executive functions.
6. Research Support: Conduct research and compile data to assist executives in decision-making and strategy development.
7. Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality protocols.

6. Additional Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
