About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facebook/Instagram (Meta) Business Manager: Manage and optimize our Meta Business Suite and Facebook Business Manager. Create, monitor, and analyze Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. Ensure all campaigns are aligned with business goals and provide detailed reports on performance.

2. Website/ Landing Page Management: Optimize landing page and template-based website to maximize lead conversion. Use tools like Razorpay for seamless payment integration and tracking. Continuously A/B test landing pages to improve performance and conversion rates.

3. Advertising and Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other relevant platforms. Utilize SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.

4. Conduct Workshops: Plan and execute online workshops for our teams to impart Digital marketing and relevant business strategies leveraging AI, ensuring smooth operations and high participant engagement. Manage webinar platforms and tools for effective delivery of workshop sessions.

5. Business Strategies and Digital Marketing Training: Conduct training sessions on business strategies and digital marketing for our members. Develop training materials, guides, and resources to support learning and implementation. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to members to help them achieve their business goals.

6. Sales Script Pitching: Develop and refine sales scripts for one-on-one calls with potential clients. Convert leads with effective sales techniques and objection handling. Conduct sales calls and follow up with leads to convert them into paying clients.

7. Social Media Platform Management: Manage and optimize our presence on key social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc). Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform. Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our online community and boost engagement.

2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Business Manager, and Instagram Insights. Experience with landing page optimization tools like Unbounce, Leadpages, or Instapage. Knowledge of payment integration tools like Razorpay. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with webinar platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, or WebinarJam. Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.

3. Content Creation: Ability to create compelling ad copy and visual content tailored for different social media platforms. Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

4. Sales and Coaching Skills: Strong sales acumen with experience in developing and pitching sales scripts. Proven ability to convert leads and handle objections effectively. Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
