Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented digital marketing specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and be adept at creating and executing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
2. Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media networks.
3. Create and oversee engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to attract and retain target audiences.
4. Analyze and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies to improve results.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
6. Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective marketing materials.
7. Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
3. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software).
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Creative thinking with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
2. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
3. Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
