Data Scientist Job (Remote)

Responsibilities:

1. Define and build systems to model unstructured data sets to generate insights for clinical problems that Natural Language Processing techniques can solve
2. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
3. Work closely with both our engineering and data science teams to drive product releases


Requirements:

1. Experience in Python/R/Java and NLP
2. Strong fundamentals in Statistics, Machine learning, and Natural language processing (NLP) with hands-on experience in relevant projects
3. Ability to work with text and unstructured data
4. Strong knowledge of data processing packages such as pandas/spark
5. Hands-on SQL experience obtaining data from data sources
6. Skilled in using common statistical and visualization software tools
7. Experience with NLP libraries and technologies including Spacy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging face & Deep Learning models
8. Strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for working in an interdisciplinary
9. and a fast-paced environment
