We are seeking a Support Agent for our SaaS company to provide live chat support. The candidate will be working from our office and must have a good command of the English language. We are looking for candidates with an IT or computer science background and a technical aptitude.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle live chat support between 12 pm to 9 pm from the office
2. Handle live chat support for a technical SaaS product
3. Resolve customers' email queries
4. Take a product demo over an audio call
