We are seeking a motivated and passionate 'Jewellery Counter Sales Associate' to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with information about products and services.
2. Sales: Actively promote and sell jewellery items, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and watches, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our jewellery collections, including materials, designs, and trends, to educate customers effectively.
4. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized display of products to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and report any discrepancies or needs for restocking.
6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
