We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic business development representative (BDR) to join our sales team. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in expanding Maker's Row's customer base by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and research potential leads using various online tools and platforms.
2. Conduct outbound prospecting through emails, calls, and social media to engage with potential customers.
3. Qualify leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with Maker's Row's offerings.
4. Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
5. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on messaging and campaigns.
7. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape future strategies.
8. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a sales or business development role is a plus.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting techniques.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
