Key responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to incoming WhatsApp messages from potential clients
2. Make outbound calls to explain our services and address client inquiries
3. Schedule and coordinate e-meetings or conference calls as needed
4. Follow up with potential clients in a timely manner to nurture and close leads
5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion
7. Prepare and deliver presentations using tools such as PowerPoint
8. Utilize Excel for tracking and reporting purposes
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
