Client Service Executive Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
Understand client requirements, brief internal teams (creative, design, and production), and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other client-related documents.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
Handle day-to-day operations and communication for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
Assist in identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
Prepare regular reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
