Adithya Meditech is offering a full-time position as a case coordinator for our healthcare services. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, computer-literate, proficient in MS Office, and be able to problem-solve & multitask with excellent time management skills. Adithya Meditech will provide training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Submit referrals to our agency web portals from parents, doctors, and daycare providers.
2. Initiate the evaluation process and assign initial cases to special instructors.
3. Identify and assign appropriate therapists (OT, PT, SI) from the agency's lists in a timely manner.
4. Accept service authorizations and assign them to therapists and other coordinators through the agency's portal.
5. Assist therapists by preparing necessary documents to initiate services.
6. If a prescription order is required, contact the pediatrician's office to request the faxing of the RX or the child's medical records/clearance prior to the service start date, and seek help from the coordinator if needed.
7. Conduct routine follow-ups to obtain progress notes from therapists and clinical social workers.
8. Collaborate with therapists, social workers, case managers, and doctor's offices.
9. Work with therapists, clinical social workers, and service coordinators when assistive technology applications are needed for children requiring special services.
10. Gather information on individuals' progress toward their goals.
11. Communicate with therapists to address and resolve individual concerns.
Timings: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Mon - Fri)

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Qualifications and education requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, sociology, and human services. Hospital administration, public health, social work, or any healthcare-related degree from a reputed institution.
2. Knowledge of early intervention and autism programs.
3. Must have excellent communication skills in English read and write.
Skills Requirements
1. Proficiency in English, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel & PDF editing.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. A strong ability to work independently is required.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
