Business Development Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential students.
2. Develop a strong pipeline of new students through direct or indirect contact and subsequent prospecting.
3. Create lead engagement plans and strategies to onboard new students
4. Promote the company's products/ services by addressing or predicting students' objectives.
5. Work on efficient and effective lead utilization with consistent follow-ups, low Turn-around time (TAT), and increased connectivity with multiple attempts.
6. Update and create tailored student proposals and negotiate further to ensure closure

Required:

1. Candidates should have a keen interest in education and innovation along with acumen for sales
2. Excellent communication skills and being capable of product selling and understanding business
3. Be dynamic, determined, persistent, and willing to be a part of this education revolution
4. Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
5. Prior experience in selling Test-Prep services or doing govt. job preparation will be an added advantage
