About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Help resolve software and technical questions for the customer efficiently and effectively
2. Gather the required information necessary in order to best handle customer software and technical inquiries
3. Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution
4. Resolve the issues through chat and email communication channels
5. Work on meeting SLAs like response and resolution times by partnering within L1 and L2 support organizations
6. Conduct research extensively and document customer technical issues
7. Partner with engineering team members on various strategic projects when needed
