About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Working on various tech stacks and gaining full visibility of the end-to-end development spectrum for building Android apps
2. Taking end-to-end ownership of the project for any given project (we have one person who is responsible, while they don't necessarily have to do all the work themselves, it's their job to make sure all the work gets done)
3. Working alongside the founders and engineers to implement innovative ideas
Requirements:
1. Must have a good understanding of Core Java/C/C++, and third-party libraries
2. Must have skills in Eclipse (ADT) and skills in Native UI design (XML), and app development
3. Candidates having hands-on experience in Android Studio will be preferred
4. Must have the ability to use the Android SDK and all other tools
5. Must have an understanding of OOP, OS concepts, data structure & algorithms, and data stores like SQLite, NoSQL, etc.
6. Must have a working knowledge of Firebase Firestore
