Relationship Manager Job

About the company: Launchpad Fintech Private Limited is a technology-based startup to provide solutions in the wealth management space through the use of technology as a medium. We are engaged in the business of providing financial services and IT Solutions. We are registered as a stockbroker in the New Debt Segment of BSE Limited. Essentially we act under the fintech domain to serve our clients for their wealth management and advisory needs more specifically towards the fixed-income asset class. We serve to offer internet-based transactions of corporate & tax-saving bonds, government securities, 54EC bonds, FD & many more.

Key responsibilities:

1. Convert qualified leads into sales through calls
2. Build relationships with existing HNI clients for fixed-income products - bonds
3. Understand the investment/financial needs, and risk appetite of the client to create and manage a long-term relationship plan
4. Identify and execute, new business opportunities with existing clients
5. Handle the client's investment portfolio, providing financial research, accurate information and tailor-made financial solutions

Desirable candidate profile:

1. Should be relationship oriented with good interpersonal skills
2. Impactful communication skills to effectively engage affluent consumers
3. Should have telesales experience
4. Self-motivated, dynamic, target-oriented & goals achiever who can work independently
5. Ensuring customer satisfaction through customized and efficient support
6. Prior experience in MF, insurance, FD, SIP, and bonds will be given preference
