We are looking for a competitive relationship manager - sales, to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on sales using various customer sales methods (site meetings, cold calling, presentations, etc.)
2. Evaluate customer's skills and needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
3. Meet personal and team sales targets
4. Manage the end-to-end sales life-cycle for our complete product and services
5. Maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets, working closely with the supply team and operations department
6. Generate BOQs as per client requirements after a deep understanding of the project's needs
Skills & Requirements:
1. Good negotiation skills
2. Proven sales experience
3. Track record of over-achieving targets
4. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
5. Computer use competency
6. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
7. Self-motivated and driven
8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
9. Must possess a two-wheeler & have a license for the same
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
