About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attending inbound calls and making outbound calls to the leads generated through various marketing activities and providing them with necessary project details over email or WhatsApp
2. Initiating regular follow-ups and ensuring customer's site visit
3. Taking responsibility for the entire pre-sales function, from lead handling to ensuring site visits
4. Coordinating with the sales team after site visits and updating & maintaining daily/weekly and monthly reports in Excel
5. Handling follow-up with customers & managing a database of leads allocation; taking regular follow-up & achieving high sales conversions
