1. Manage and implement all recruiting tasks
2. Work on international recruitment in countries like UAE, United Kingdom, Singapore, India, and Saudi Arabia
3. Oversee the hiring process and make necessary modification
4. Enlist job postings on forums that can source new candidates at the time of hiring such as social media, advertisements, etc.
5. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
6. Analyze and note down every job s requirements and objectives before publishing the posting
7. Regularly update job descriptions and requirements
8. Screen job applications and shortlist candidates
9. Ensure all the best recruiting equipment, software, and practices are being used in the process
10. Conduct interviews and tests of the applicants to filter them further and advance them to the next level relevant to their job posting
11. Ensure the criteria for which the candidates are being tested are relevant to the job they have applied for
12. Present reports on recruitment and analyze the status of recruitment practices regularly to the team and management
13. Network and build contacts to source candidates better in the future
14. Work following company policy and standards
15. Work on interviewing international candidates
16. Review and analyze resumes using the Zoho software program
17. Scout job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
18. Work on maintaining the data
19. Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
20. Promote the company s reputation as the 'Best Place to Work'
