We are looking for a non-IT recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic recruitment background combined with work experience in screening, scheduling, and keeping strong follow-ups with candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best candidates for our clients while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
2. Post jobs on various platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Understand the JD properly and commit to it while performing end-to-end recruitment
4. Source and recruit candidates by using different job portals
5. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
6. Schedule interviews and keep a strong follow-up with the candidates as well as with the clients
7. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Requirements and skills:
1. Proven work experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
2. Strong follow-up skills with the capability of adhering to the JDs provided by the clients
3. Familiarity with various hiring portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong decision-making skills
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
The candidate should have a personal laptop.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
