Key responsibilities:

3. Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
4. Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback to candidates.
5. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
6. Conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates to verify their qualifications and ensure they meet the organization's hiring standards.
