Recruiter Job

Key responsibilities :

1. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates & clients to understand their specific leadership needs and requirements
2. Identifying and sourcing highly qualified candidates for leadership positions through various channels, including networking, job boards, and social media
3. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone and in-person interviews to determine candidate qualifications
4. Managing the recruitment process, including extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all clients, candidates, and job openings in the company's database
6. Providing guidance and consultation to clients on leadership recruitment best practices and industry trends
7. Networking and building relationships with industry professionals and potential leadership candidates
8. Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics and revenue goals

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
2. 1-5 years of experience in a leadership recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a search firm or executive recruiting environment
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proven ability to source and attract top leadership talent
5. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
7. Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
8. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
9. Strong understanding of the current market trends and best practices in leadership recruitment
