We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years of proven success in the real estate sales sector. The ideal candidate will excel at building client relationships, negotiating deals, and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. Key responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Guide clients through the entire sales process, from property selection to closing the deal.

2. Property Marketing and Sales:

Create effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
Conduct property showings and presentations to prospective buyers, emphasizing property features and benefits.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the sales process, ensuring optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers.

3. Market Analysis and Research:

Stay informed about current market conditions, property values, and emerging real estate trends in the local area.
Analyze competitive market information to position properties effectively and advise clients on pricing strategies.
Evaluate property listings to provide accurate and reliable recommendations to clients.

4. Documentation and Compliance:

Prepare and review all necessary real estate documents, contracts, and agreements in compliance with legal and industry standards.
Ensure all transactions adhere to local real estate regulations and maintain proper record-keeping.
Skill(s) required
Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities

2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

3. Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in real estate sales.

4. Active real estate license in the designated region or willingness to obtain it.

5. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

7. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

8. Proficiency in using real estate management software and other relevant tools.

9. Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.

10. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
