About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate comprehensive real estate experience
2. Achieve sales targets as per organizational goals
3. Call customers regarding projects, deliver presentations, and complete sales
4. Accompany customers for site visits and showcase properties
5. Participate in active marketing initiatives, industry events, and exhibitions
6. Maintain a client database generated through promotional activities
7. Convince prospective clients to schedule site visits
8. Send detailed property information to clients
9. Arrange and conduct site visits for potential buyers
10. Provide guidance to buyers in purchasing properties
11. Determine clients' needs and assess their financial capabilities
12. Inform clients about market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
13. Ensure fair and transparent deals in all transactions
14. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
