Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 17,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
