1. Test systems at the user level, both manually and with automated tools
2. Design scalable testing frameworks that solve key business problems and contribute to scaling the business
3. Assist in building tools and frameworks for automated testing
4. Perform performance testing and analyze the different bottlenecks and report to the development team
5. Coordinate with teams to communicate our requirements, and help build test plans that test end-to-end functionality
6. Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
7. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
8. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
9. Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
10. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
11. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
12. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
13. Monitor debugging process results
14. Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
15. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
