About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain quality standards and guidelines for audit/mystery shopping projects
2. Plan, execute, and oversee audit and mystery shopping activities
3. Analyze and evaluate the performance of shops or services based on predefined criteria
4. Collect and interpret data from audits and mystery shopping reports
5. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
6. Prepare detailed reports on findings from audits and mystery shopping activities
7. Monitor and ensure the quality and accuracy of data collected during audits and mystery shopping and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
8. Train and support auditors and mystery shoppers to ensure they understand and adhere to quality standards
9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency
10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality audit/mystery shopping process
11. Conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
12. Utilize relevant software and tools for data collection, analysis, and reporting

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business, statistics or a related field

Experience in quality checking and data analysis
